The Fix: Conmed Hyfrecator® (Electrodesiccation)

We use the Hyfrecator® to treat Seborrheic Keratoses (SKs), Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN) plaques, small skin tags and warts. This Device works by emitting adjustable low-power high frequency AC electrical current. With careful and precise dexterity, these lesions can be removed with minimum to no scaring. Numbing cream and or local injections of lidocaine is used to help make this a comfortable experience.
